Words of Affirmation

Tangible Gifts

Quality Time

Acts of Service

Physical Touch

  • One of the things I admire about you is that you are always optimistic. I sometimes get discouraged but when I talk with you, I always go away with a more positive perspective. I appreciate that.

  • When I walk into you office, I am always inspired. Your desk is always so neat. I wish I were more organized. I really admire that about you.

  • I have observed that while we have a number of people in our department who are big talkers, you are the one who makes things happen. While others are still contemplating what to do, you are actually doing it already. I greatly admire that and appreciate your contribution to the company.

  • I have observed the wisdom of your intuition. We sometimes spend a lot of time trying to approach things by logic, but nine times out of ten your intuition nails the issue, I really appreciate that about you.

  • Your quiet nature makes you perfect for your job. I have noticed how carefully you listen to you clients when they come with complaints. You are never quick to give an answer until you fully understand their perspective. I really appreciate that.
